Larry Fitzgerald has to be considered one of the top wide receivers in the league, but that doesn't mean he considers himself a finished product.That said, he contacted future Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice in the offseason in hopes the former San Francisco 49ers great would give him a few pointers.
Rice agreed and they met up in Minnesota. There they worked on footwork, diet and weight training, among other things.
"I'm very impressed with him," Fitzgerald said of Rice. "He still believes he could come out here and compete. If I have the same mentality at 25 or 26 that he has at 47, I'll be doing well."
